The building is constructed with reinforced concrete foundations (footings and slabs), defined based on the geotechnical study. The structural frame consists of reinforced concrete columns combined with steel columns. Floor slabs are reinforced concrete, sized according to current building regulations.

Façade
The façade consists of an outer layer of ceramic brick, plastered on the inside and thermally insulated in accordance with CTE standards. The interior layer is plasterboard on a steel frame, finished with smooth paint. The exterior finish is monocapa render and paint as specified in the architectural design.

The walls between dwellings are built with ceramic brick, finished on both sides with plasterboard and insulated with rock‑wool acoustic insulation. Interior partitions are constructed with plasterboard on a steel frame with acoustic insulation. All rooms have a smooth painted finish.
