<p>Avanec Intra is an internal web application operated by Avanec Homes. The tool is intended for authorized Avanec Homes personnel and approved office users only.</p>

<h2>Purpose of the service</h2>

<p>Avanec Intra helps authorized users prepare real estate social media content, including property photos, captions, hashtags, and publishing instructions. The TikTok integration is used to connect the official Avanec Homes TikTok account and test approved publishing workflows.</p>

<h2>Authorized use</h2>

<p>Users may only access Avanec Intra if Avanec Homes has granted them permission. Users must follow Avanec Homes internal policies, property marketing rules, and applicable platform terms when preparing or publishing content.</p>

<h2>Content</h2>

<p>Users are responsible for checking that property information, images, pricing, availability, and marketing text are accurate before publication. Avanec Homes may review, edit, remove, or restrict content prepared through the service.</p>

<h2>TikTok connection</h2>

<p>If a TikTok account is connected, the connection must be authorized by a person who has the right to manage that TikTok account. Avanec Intra may request permission to read basic account information and, when approved, prepare or send content to TikTok using TikTok's official APIs.</p>

<h2>Availability</h2>

<p>The service is provided for internal business use. Avanec Homes may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including test integrations with third-party services.</p>
